RT addresses a major challenge and expense for OEMs and Distributors in India – moving and storing the parts and unit inventory across various state borders and completing the service cycle.

RT provides warehousing facilities across the country at their various service centers and controls the same through their central warehouse in New Delhi and regional warehouses in Bangalore (South), Mumbai (West) and Kolkata (East).  Each warehouse is linked through CiRIMS, RT’s web based CRM tool.

Each warehouse is equipped to provide order fulfillment services as per client’s business needs. The services can be dedicated warehousing and support staff or shared services.
