The OEMs have the choice of having a dedicated branded service center or a shared one. The ambience and customer care facilities are maintained as per the requirement of the principles and customer delight is the main objective of the center manager.
The Centers also provide special pick-up and drop facilities for premium products or as per OEM guidelines. The centers are staffed with technically qualified personnel with excellent customer handing skills.
The Centers are integrated with warehouses and carry necessary parts inventory to provide immediate resolution. All the centers are connected with each other and with main warehouse through CiRIMS, RT’s web enabled CRM tool.
