Monitoring Services

RT’s is upgrading its helpdesk to NOC (Network Operations Center) in a new facility coming up in Noida. RT would offer monitoring services to proactively monitor the availability and health of your IT infrastructure 24x7 and send alerts. The NOC is capable of complete network and server monitoring and management service. This service helps clients to have maximum uptime of their critical networks and IT infrastructure along with efficient utilization of resources.
