RT is known for its quality orientation. All process
in RT are documented and audited periodically by a strong
internal audit team. The first ISO 9002:1994 certifications
was received in September 1999. In September 2002 RT
received certification of new version of ISO 9001:2000.
In September 2006, we successfully completed recertification
of ISO 9001:2000.
The scope of RT’s ISO Certification validates
its Quality Management systems for – “Provision
of Technical Helpdesk, Customer Support, Repair and
Refurbishment Services for IT products and services.”
