The customers
are offered priority support through Advance Exchanges
as per warranty guidelines of the client. This service
includes across-the-counter exchange or the advance
shipment of a new or "equal to new" component
for a failed unit.
RT takes complete responsibility of the defective
and swap stock, manages the customer requests, processes
warranty validations and CID cases and provides comprehensive
reporting.
RT provides warehousing and
imports management services
to manage the complete cycle of importing the swap stock
into the country under import licenses, distributes
the same across all the covered locations and ships
back the defectives to the principle client. |
